We will provide your chosen package and will require a deposit upon booking our services. With the remaining balance payable 4 weeks or 28 days prior to your event.
When booking our services you agree that all images taken at your event can be used on Social Media and for Marketing purposes. If this is something you do not wish then you must let us know when booking your special night.
We require a minimum of 3Mtrs x 2Metres of clear floor space for the Photobooth and accessories, as well as access to a mains power supply. It is your responsibility to check and confirm with the venue that there is adequate space for us to set up a minimum of 1 hour to two hours before the actual event start time.
We aim to arrive at the venue 2 hours before the Event starts. If we encounter difficulties with equipment and have a delayed start then your time booked will commence once fully operational but will still have the same finishing time !
If you wish to cancel a booking then unfortunately you will lose the deposit.
In the very unlikely event there is a problem with the printer (Which has never happened) All of your prints will be sent to you seperately after the Event.
Your Booth helper cannot be held reponsible for delays out of their control EG: No access on arrival, Over run speeches etc…!
Alcohol and soft drinks are not permitted in the booth for obvious reasons and if the Booth,Props or the helper is not treated with respect then the Booth will be closed ! We make every Event a special one and try our best to control every eventuality but abuse will not be tolerated. We will not tolerate any intimidating behavior and will stop the use of the booth and dismantle with no refunds.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
The outstanding balance must be paid 4 weeks or 28 days before the date of the booking and the final payment due by date is shown on the deposit invoice
If the balance is not cleared by the date on the invoice then the deposit will be lost and the date will become available for another customer.
